Well, what I had suspected for the last few days has finally come through. It started off with a slight heaviness in my head on several mornings. A tiny raspiness to my voice. A hint of a sore throat. A few extra tissues per day.

I got the hint. I will take the aspirin into work tomorrow, and the Strepsils and of course plenty of tissues. Because I've got a cold!

  1. Shouldn't you stay home? So that you don't pass your cold on to your passengers?
What is the company's policy on drivers with colds? Do they really expect you to come into work? Or are you a workaholic like I was? (I lived to regret it.)

  2. So sorry to hear that. Bundle up and have a nice warm bowl of soup.

  3. Hope it's not too bad. Stay warm.

  4. I'm right there with you...I've got the sniffles and my neck and ears ache. Maybe I'll be better by tomorrow...I hope?

I hope you're better soon, too!

  5. A " bless you" for every time you sneeze.

  6. Aww, poor you! I hope your nose isn't too sore and your head's not aching too much. I agree with Kay - you should stay at home to recover.
