Taken last Sunday, early in the morning. Well, a quarter past nine, but that is early for the Norwegian sun! I tried to take a photo of just the clouds, but my camera said no. But this is nice too!
Right now the sun comes up around a quarter to nine, but that means some serious good skies (unless it rains) for about 30-45 minutes. Because the sun may officially be up, but before it comes over the mountains (which is to the right of the photo), it takes a while.
So far I have not found it too difficult. The extra daylight during the summer helps greatly of course. The thing I find most difficult is the rain. The eternal infernal rain. Nearly every single day! Blergh!

ReplyDeleteWell yes it is! I biggified it and could see lots of shimmering pearly colours... YAM xx
I might cut the lower bit off and use the top bit as my computer screen saver or background.
DeleteVery nice, I love the pastel morning sunrise colors.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful sunrise!
ReplyDeleteWell, the sun was actually behind me, but the way it shone on the clouds in the North was so beautiful.
DeleteIt is beautiful but the sun comes up THAT late??

DeleteLike the colours very much. Don't think I could cope with your lack of daylight hours in the winter.
