Camilla's cat

Remember the cat? The cat that would come running when I opened the door? The one that harassed Miss Oswin?

I sent a message to the local animal welfare and they got back to me about a week and a half after I had sent it. Because I was going on holiday, I gave them permission to come into my garden and look for the cat and probably catch it. They did come in, but never saw the cat. Well, apart from its tail that is.

I got a message back from them, that if I saw it, could I catch it and then contact them again. I saw it on Friday afternoon, but that was before I had read that message and didn't see it at any point during the rest of the weekend.

This morning I got yet another message. They had found the owner and now they needed the cat. Which I hadn't seen since last Friday! So, now I will keep a lookout for the cat. Who has come a long way, around 20 kilometers (14 miles), to get lost around here.

Here puss puss puss...

    1. It's weird though isn't it. When you don't want it, it is constantly in the area and when you do want it, it is nowhere to be found. I think I will leave some food out today.
