You just pretend you're taking a nap. Also be prepared for a lot of clanging and banging. Nothing to worry about, it's just them changing the settings or perhaps picture frames. It's all absolutely painless. I've had several. Don't listen to panicky women. Believe me it's a walk in the park and I've had a lot of procedures in the last couple of years. You might ask about Charcot Marie Tooth (name of doctor nothing to do with teeth!) a genetic disease that manifests itself in a variety of ways and different intensities but is quite rare.
