Normality

Well, that was it. Nearly two weeks off and this morning my alarm went off at 5.15am because I had to work. I could have done with an hour more, because even if I did go to bed early last night, the first two hours were spent tossing and turning quite a bit. Ah well, I will get back into the swing of things in no time I guess.

Miss Oswin was happy to see me again as well I think. On Friday night she spent several hours either on my lap or on the other couch. She spends the night with me as well, but since my bedroom door is still closed at night, it's a bit annoying when she hasn't gone to the toilet before bedtime.

Of course I spent a fair bit of time on my computer this weekend. Photos and other information needed to be sorted out. Turns out, I don't have a nice and simple photo thingy on my current computer and I had to use my old laptop to get all the photos cut to size! I am getting it sorted now, because it was quite annoying.

Now, the cow photo in this post is not a recent photo (I was going to write cow, but that sounded very silly), but one taken last year on one of the few really nice days. Hopefully there will be really nice days this year. Preferably soon!

    1. The sorting and the deciding what is and what isn't important. But sometimes that results in gold!

  3. Getting back into the swing of things always takes a few days so good luck with that one. Hope you sort out the downloading and editing without too much trouble.

  4. The photo thing sounds like quite the hassle, but I guess you've got it sorted by now.

Having taken about 180 images on my two days in Northumberland, am finding the sorting and editing a bit of a chore - even WITH good software! Hope the swing proves not too hard to push... YAM xx

    1. I usually try to do it on a daily basis, but on occasion it will take longer. And then you get a bit fed up after a while.
